wanted to remind you that CHAMPS does award travel reimbursements to Region
VIII clinicians who traveled to the CHAMPS/NWRPCA Fall Primary Care Conference
of up to $700. I have attached the Reimbursement Request Form.
There is a paragraph at the bottom of the form about eligibility for this
reimbursement. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
